Eggs and Sausage on top of maple covered pancake @ My Casa!
This is how I eat breakfast when I actually have time to cook and am craving pancakes!
I also drizzle Saracha all over the top! Believe it or not Saracha and Maple Syrup go really well together!
Champechana @ Cinco De Mayo in Culver City
Sense my friends from 88nights told that they all fairly enjoyed the champechana at Cinco De Mayo I knew I had to try it.
I had never had it in a metal plate like this before so that was new. I liked it except that it said it came with oysters but all I kept finding were clams. Also the amount of ketchup in made it super sweet. Hard to actually taste the seafood it self.
